Rose was a beautiful girl and fun friend and classmate. She was in some of my Combined Studies classes. Unfortunately she suffered severe burns in an accident early on and I believe it impacted her for years. She attended the 40th reunion, and I think passed sometime before the 45th.
Rose was a sweetheart. I have a photo if her in Beardsley cafeteria that I'll post when I get back from Phoenix. I'm here with Gary Laskin and Michael Bard to see the Cubbies today!
Rose was my girlfriend in High School and I remember her fondly. Chip, you're right, she suffered some severe burns on a camping trip and spent several months in St, Francis Hospital. She had more than her share of tough breaks and hardships in life and I hope that she is now at peace. Here's an old photo with Rose on the far right the others are myself, Jory Siegel, Linda Tuman, Joy Sheldon and Danny Aucunas.
