I attended Dawes School with Tom from kindergarten thru 6th grade. He was a nice guy. My sister Ellen and his sister Tina both class of 1966 were close friends and still remain close. I’m so sorry of his passing.
Tom was a great guy. Worked at Wrigley Field for the Chicaog Cubs organization, and used to see him at Best Buy where he worked also. Attended Fred Zoepfel's wedding in Wasnington, DC with Tom and cruised the monuments after midnight in tuxedos drinking champagne and raising a little hell.
Almost never made it out of ETHS.A group of us were cruising on some spring night with Tom driving his yellow Oldsmobile 442, think it was a '69 or '70, and barely missed being broadsided by some drunk yahoos blowing through a stop sign doing 65 mph on a side street.
Tom passed away due to complications from his stroke. I remember Tom from growing up at Dawes he used to drive my grandmother crazy, he would rang the bell and then run away, just to drive her crazy.
