I met Dori is 8th grade at Skiles junior High School. We hit it off and became best friends in high school. We spent hours in her bedroom with a towel under the door so she could smoke cigarrettes unbeknownst to her dear mom! We talked about everything and always thought it would be best to buy a house together and just have boyfriends but never marry!.Maybe we should have done that! Dori had the gify of gathering friends around her. She made us all feel special. She knew how to listen with the ears of her heart. Sensitive, kind and beautiful inside and out, Dori changed my life and I will always love her dearly. Peggy Thompson(Griffin)
